Returns & Refunds Policy

Change-of-mind returns

We sell pre-owned / vintage print and collectibles, and we take care to describe and photograph items accurately.

Because of the nature of what we sell (including magazines/periodicals), we do not accept returns for change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damages, issues, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If:

• your item arrives damaged,
• you receive the wrong item, or
• the item is significantly not as described,
• your order number, and
• clear photos of the item and packaging.

If there’s a genuine issue, we’ll put it right — typically by replacement (if available) or a refund.

Brand new items (rare)

On the rare occasion we sell an item that is brand new, we will accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

• No restocking fee

 

• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition/packaging

 

• Please allow up to 5 working days handling time once the return is received for the return to be checked and processed

Condition notes (important)

These items are vintage and/or second-hand, so issues  may be present and isn’t considered a fault where clearly shown or described.
