Shipping Policy

Despatch times
All items listed are in stock and ready to go. We despatch within 2 working days of your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday count from the next working day.

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Discreet packaging
Every order is sent in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside shows what's inside or who it's from. Payments appear on your bank statement as Cian's Bookshop.

UK delivery
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Shipping is free on UK orders over £50. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

International delivery
We ship to most countries using tracked services. Costs are calculated at checkout.

Due to custom issues certain countries we dont ship to, including Australia and China. Customers are welcome to use a UK parcel forwarding service and we'll send to their UK address.

Customs and import charges
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are your responsibility. If a parcel is refused and returned to us, we'll refund the items minus the original shipping and any return charges.
